\u2022 >21 days after start \/ Candidates delivered: Substantial service delivery has occurred; no refund is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Scenarios Where Refunds Are Strictly Prohibited<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regardless of the reason, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 More than half of the service period has elapsed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 We have submitted recommendations for 3 or more candidates;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 The client has delayed feedback or stalled the project for more than 10 calendar days;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Outcomes such as unsuccessful recruitment, candidate offer rejection, or candidate resignation do not constitute grounds for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Refund Processing Timeline (Strict Compliance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Once both parties agree to the refund, we will initiate the refund process within 14 business days;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Funds will be returned via the original payment method; the actual receipt time depends on banking clearing cycles;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 There will be no delays, hidden deductions, or withholding of processing fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Dispute and Appeal Timeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a client disputes the service or refund outcome, a written appeal must be submitted within 14 calendar days of notification; failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the outcome. 7. Policy Updates and Retention Period<\/p>\n\n\n\n
