This FAQ is designed to clearly address common questions from corporate clients regarding the entire engagement process—including consultation, collaboration, service delivery, and post-sales support—specifically for our core graduate recruitment services. All content herein aligns with our website’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Delivery Terms, and carries binding force regarding compliance.

1. What are your core services? Which types of roles do you recruit for?

TOMLIN PERSONNEL LIMITED specializes in professional graduate recruitment services, helping companies solve talent acquisition challenges for entry-level and recent graduate positions. Our services cover three categories: long-term full-time entry-level roles, short-term internships or project-based roles, and entry-level specialized technical roles. We provide end-to-end support—including role requirement analysis, talent sourcing, initial resume screening, qualification verification, targeted candidate recommendations, and recruitment process management—to help companies build a pipeline of young talent.

2. Is your service subscription-based? Does it auto-renew?

No. All our recruitment services are one-off, project-based engagements. There are no subscription packages, no automatic monthly/quarterly/annual charges, and no hidden recurring renewal mechanisms. The partnership concludes automatically upon the completion of a specific recruitment project, with no subsequent fees incurred. Should a company have new recruitment needs, a separate discussion is required to re-confirm terms and costs and to initiate a new, independent project.

3. What are the criteria for launching a recruitment project? How soon can I expect candidate recommendations?

A project officially launches once both parties have confirmed the recruitment terms, scope of service, and fees. We adhere to a strict timeline: role analysis and project setup are completed within 2 working days, and an initial talent pool is established within 4 working days. For standard graduate or general entry-level roles, the first batch of qualified candidate profiles is delivered within 7–14 working days; for specialized or niche entry-level roles, the delivery timeframe is 21–45 working days. The entire process is transparent and traceable.

4. What is required from the client during the collaboration? Are there deadlines for providing feedback?

To ensure efficient project progress, clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding role requirements, qualification standards, and company details. Additionally, upon receiving candidate recommendations from us, clients are required to provide feedback—including interview interest, screening results, and hiring decisions—within 3 working days. Failure to provide feedback by the deadline will be deemed a voluntary extension of the project timeline by the client; we shall not be held liable for any resulting delivery delays or lags in recruitment progress.

5. What is the maximum service duration? What happens when the project expires?

The guaranteed service period for all recruitment projects is 90 calendar days. If the agreed-upon talent recommendations and services are completed early, the project concludes automatically. If not completed early, the project terminates automatically upon the expiration of the 90-day period; there is no automatic renewal or obligation for follow-up services. To continue recruitment, a new project contract must be signed.

6. Can I get a refund if recruitment is unsuccessful, a candidate declines an offer, or a candidate leaves after onboarding?

No. We are a talent recruitment and matching service provider responsible only for the compliant sourcing, screening, and recommendation of high-quality, suitable candidates. We do not guarantee that candidates will pass interviews, accept offers, successfully onboard, or remain employed long-term. Recruitment outcomes are influenced by various uncontrollable factors—such as candidate intent, performance during client interviews, and mutual fit—and such outcomes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Can I cancel the partnership and request a refund after the project has started?

Yes, but strict tiered refund rules apply. If the project has not started and no services have been performed, a full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of payment. If the project has been active for 0–7 days without any candidate submissions, unspent funds may be refunded. Refunds are only available at a partial rate between 8 and 21 days after the start date. No refunds are available after 21 days or if candidate profiles have already been delivered. All cancellation and refund requests are valid only if submitted in writing via official email; verbal notifications are not accepted.

8. How long does it take to receive the funds after a refund is approved?

Once both parties confirm the refund details, we will initiate the refund process within 14 business days. Funds will be returned to the client’s original payment account; the actual time of receipt depends on bank clearing cycles. We do not deduct any service fees or hidden charges.

9. What is the response time for delivery issues or inquiries during the service period? We have established a tiered response timeframe: responses to routine business inquiries are provided within 24 hours; responses regarding urgent project coordination, delivery issues, or service anomalies are provided within 12 hours; and formal written requests concerning privacy, compliance appeals, or business disputes are resolved and answered within one calendar month, fully meeting UK GDPR compliance requirements.

10. Can recruitment requirements for a position be modified mid-process?

Yes. If a client needs to change position requirements, the recruitment scope, or service content, they must submit a written request via the official email address; the service plan may only be adjusted upon mutual agreement. Changes in requirements may result in extended project timelines or increased recruitment difficulty; specific details regarding adjustments and timeline changes will be governed by the email confirmation records exchanged between the parties.

11. Can clients appeal service outcomes or refund decisions?

Yes. If a client has objections regarding service progress, deliverables, or refund review results, they may submit a written appeal via the official email address within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification of the result; failure to do so within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the outcome.

12. How can we initiate a new recruitment partnership? What are the official contact channels?

Corporate clients can submit recruitment requirements directly via the official website, email, or phone to discuss position details, service scope, and costs; a new recruitment project can commence once a consensus is reached. All partnership inquiries, business coordination, and after-sales feedback are handled exclusively through the following official channels:
